I found myself | A Portrait experience Story | Queita

For years, she told herself she was going to do this.

A photoshoot.

For her birthday.

But like so many of us…

life kept happening.

Birthdays came and went.

Then one day, sitting in urgent care with her mom…

she paused.

And this time, she said yes.

She showed up unsure.

A little skeptical.

Not knowing what to expect.

And by the end of it, she said this:

“I felt powerful. Beautiful. Seen.”

“I found myself at her studio.”

When she saw her portraits…

she loved over 30 of them.

Thirty.

She expected maybe one.

That’s what I wish more women understood.

This isn’t about being photogenic.

It’s not about knowing how to pose.

It’s about giving yourself the space to be seen again.

If you’ve been telling yourself “one day”…

this might be your moment.

If you’re even a little curious what this could look like for you,

send me a message. I’d love to talk it through with you.
